Faux Pas

I made mosaics that were used at a Jewish nursing home. I heard that the stones were placed near a bench in a flower bed. I had a shophar, Jacob's ladder, the parting of the Red Sea, and some other biblical scenes depicted.

Sinai Mitzvah Day

I wanted this to be a group of 5 people making each stepping stone and no one signed up. Instead they all came in a big group. They did one part of the art, and I spent three days finishing the mosaics like I do when I cut, glue, grout and seal. I haven't done mosaic stepping stones in years. No wonder. It takes three days!

Pictures of Mosaics. (c) 2009

I forget I have this table. It is in a bedroom with a lamp. Everything was small when we put the granite and stepping stones around the house. Now the roses and trees are large.
